The fuel cell coach manufactured by an alliance between Brasilian bodybuilder giant Marcopolo, Chinese fuel cell modules supplier Sinosynergy and Chinese bus manufacturer Allenbus.

The hydrogen-powered Audace 1050 has the capacity to carry 53 passengers and a range of up to 600 kilometres. The vehicle has a Danfos permanent magnet synchronous motor with a nominal power of 140 kW (peak 222 kW) and nominal/peak torque of 495/720 Nm. The bus also has two 160 kW Sinosynergy G80-001 Fuel Cell batteries, four 350 bar type 4 hydrogen tanks and a water cooling system with four CATL, LiFeO (Lithium Iron) storage battery packs. It is also equipped with a 4-speed EATON AMT transmission, ZF RL75E independent front axle, ZF AV133 drive rear axle, ZF THP90 hydraulic gearbox, Knorr air suspension system and Knorr brakes (with EBS, ESP, AEB, LDWS).

Unit number 1,000 of Marcopolo's Generation 8 is part of an order for 53 new units from Viação Garcia and Brasil Sul as well, 28 Paradiso G8 1800 Double Decker buses, 19 Paradiso G8 1200 buses and 6 Viaggio G7 900 buses (intercity bus) , which will be used on the interstate highway and intercity highway lines and in continuous charter service (Viaggio 900).

The 28 Paradiso 1800 DD have three different configurations. 14 vehicles with a total length of 15 meters and a capacity for 56 seats, with 48 semi-bed seats on the upper floor and 8 Next bed seats with massagers on the lower floor. The buses are equipped with a bathroom, a hot-and-half air conditioning system, with monitors on both floors, and 110-volt power outlets, in the luggage rack, on the upper floor, and on the bed-seat wall, on the ground floor.

11 units are configured for 52 seats, with 44 semi-bed armchairs on the upper floor and eight Sleeper-Bed Next armchairs with massagers on the lower floor. They also have a bathroom, hot-cold air conditioning and multimedia systems with monitors on both floors, and 110-volt power outlets on the luggage rack on the upper floor, and on the wall of the armchairs on the lower floor, as well as pleated curtains on the the windows and between the armchairs on both floors.

3 1800 DD buses with a total length of 15 meters and capacity for 40 seats, with 30 Sleeper seats and two Sleeper-Bed Next seats with massagers, on the upper floor, and eight Bed-Bed Next seats with massager on the ground floor. They also have a toilet on the upper floor, hot-cold air conditioning and multimedia systems, with monitors on both floors, 110-volt power outlets in the luggage rack on the upper floor, and on the wall of the armchair on the lower floor.
