The exterior features a unique crystal-effect paint process inspired by Sardinia’s seas, created through a 370-hour hand-painted application of Blu Amnis, Blu Grifo, and Blu Fedra. Matt black elements contrast the finish, paired with 19-inch Morus rims. Inside, the cabin combines Blu Delphinus leather, specially dyed Alcantara, and exposed carbon fiber, with Celeste Phoebe accents reflecting the exterior tones. Unique details include a crystal-effect start-stop cover and special plates marking both the limited run of 1,499 Huracán Sterrato units and the 'Opera Unica Porto Cervo 2023' designation.

Lamborghini marked its 60th anniversary with a unique Revuelto “Opera Unica”, unveiled at Art Basel Miami Beach 2023. The one-off, developed by Centro Stile and the Ad Personam team, showcases the brand’s V12 hybrid HPEV in an artistic interpretation. The exterior features a hand-painted gradient from Viola Pasifae to Nero Helene, with brushstroke accents requiring 435 hours of execution and 76 hours of development. A subtle 60th anniversary logo is applied to the bonnet. The interior follows an asymmetric artistic theme, combining Nero Ade and Viola Acutus leather. Embroidered anniversary logos and color-matched details extend across the seats, door panels, headliner, and even the start/stop cover.
